A new user management section in Consignor Portal has been launched with significant improvements.
The User Management interface has been redesigned with a new and improved look and feel, making it easier to navigate. In addition, it is now possible to manage personal profiles.
Edit personal profile
With this update, users are organized in three levels: Owners (system admin), Admins and Users. You can see your access level in Consignor Portal under User Management. All users, regardless of access level, are now able edit their personal profile settings. Personal settings include username, e-mail and other preferences. Also, a “Forgot password” button has been added to the Consignor Portal log-in page, so that users can reset their password themselves without hassle for the solution owner.
Owners can manage all users
Account owners are able to create new users and manage profiles themselves, for example setting access levels, changing profile details such as username, language and the like on each individual user in the solution without support from Consignor Customer Service. It is also possible to resend invitations to new and existing users in the case they need to create or reset their password. Click here to see how it is done in Consignor Portal.
