The Terms of Use for the Consignor platform has been updated per 20.03.2018.

With this update our Terms of Use cover every aspect of GDPR, which means that our Terms of Use now also constitutes our Data Processing Agreement. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, any data controller is obliged to enter into a written contract, or other binding legal act under EU or Member State law, with each data processor to ensure that the chosen data processors live up to the requirements of the GDPR and to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subjects.

When it comes to Consignor, this means that you, as a Consignor customer and data controller have to enter into a contract with Consignor that allows us, as a data processor, to process your data in a reliable and secure way. To make this easy for you, we have included this into our general Terms of Use and the only thing you have to do to rectify the contract is to continue to use the Consignor platform.

In the Data Processing Agreement, Consignor pledges to treat any data confidentially and take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data that have been entrusted to us.
