In response to COVID-19 and the retail disruption with store closures, we are seeing e-commerce shipment volume increase overall on our platform.

During this period of immense uncertainty, Consignor would like to reassure our customers and partners that we are well positioned to continue to support business as usual and operations with no disruption to service.
Due to the recent developments, Consignor’s senior management team has updated the business continuity plan. The key objectives are to ensure we maintain business operations without disruption to our customers, whilst acting socially responsible on behalf of our employees and the wider society.
To ensure we can do this, measures have been put in place to enable us to follow the recommendations from national authorities in all our home markets. This includes encouraging all of our employees to work from home where possible, and providing resources/equipment to enable continued productivity.
We continue to follow the situation closely and will assess if further measures need to be put in place on a daily basis to ensure we support and comply with our home markets’ national authority requirements.
