Pro Features – Click and Collect
When a customer comes into store to collect their order, they expect you to hand it over without delay.
However, trying to find it in your warehouse or storage area when you’re processing high volumes of orders every day can be difficult.
Scan App Pro allows you to assign a storage location or zone to a shipment once it has arrived at the store, so your staff can find it quickly and reduce any unnecessary delays.
Generate pick up code
To keep your customers happy, it’s essential that the collect in store process is as straightforward as possible.
Asking for multiple forms of ID such as a driving license, or asking them to print off their order confirmation can overcomplicate the process.
Instead, through Scan App Pro, you can send them a single pickup code via SMS or email which they can present to the associate to retrieve their order.
Pro Features – Shipment Containerization
Business to business shipping (i.e., click and collect orders being delivered to a store,) are often shipped together. So if the delivery is delayed, all parcels in that vehicle will be delayed.
However, if this happens, updating each individual shipment with an updated “Delayed” status becomes a time consuming process.
With the Container feature in Scan App Pro, you can group/consolidate all shipments in one master container which acts as the parent to all the children. This then allows you to automatically update the status for all shipments at the same time through scanning and updating the master container.
Pro Features – Route Optimization (Coming Soon)
If you have your own fleet, and send drivers out to deliver a number of customer orders, it can be difficult for your drivers to manually work out the best route when delivering parcels to multiple locations.
Scan App Pro solves this problem, by taking the master container, and automatically calculating the fastest delivery route of all the contained shipments, providing expected drop off times, showing the distance between each drop and displaying the optimized route on Google Maps.

Existing Consignor customers
