Data from Consignor shows a whopping 42% more parcels have been returned in January 2021 compared to the same period last year.
This massive increase is most likely due to the pandemic’s restrictions forcing more people to do their Christmas shopping online, as when comparing returns data from January 2020 with January 2019 showed a decrease in returns by 4%.
