Who are Unifaun, Transsmart & Consignor?​

In February 2021, leading cloud delivery and transport management companies Unifaun/Transsmart & Consignor joined forces with a clear mission – to build Europe’s #1 Delivery Cloud ecosystem. Our new combined company has over 20 years of experience in providing innovative and value-creating tech systems for logistics. Our systems connect an extensive ecosystem of shippers, carriers, tech partners and receivers. We provide shippers a competitive advantage in delivery, the crucial and final stage of the customer experience.​

Our platforms are used globally and make sure over 600 million packages per year reach their destination. In 2020 we had a turnover of 60 million EUR, we employ 430 brilliant colleagues and operate from offices across Europe in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, United Kingdom, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Romania.​

How will this merger affect existing customers? ​

You will not be negatively affected by the merger and we will continue to honor our agreements without any disruptions in the service provided. In fact, we are deeply engaged in keeping you competitive. We understand that many of our customers no longer play a national game, but rather globally. Together, Unifaun/Transsmart & Consignor will help you stay competitive by covering more geographies, carrier and product feature/functionality, each of which will benefit you. ​

What markets/industries do you serve?​

We help European businesses of all sizes, across all industries, meet the delivery expectations of their customers. Our solutions serve everything from eCommerce to manufacturing, for business and consumer facing shippers. With us you can optimize the most complex transport network and track the smallest package. ​

How do you serve the growing eCommerce segment?​

For eCommerce in particular, our ambitions are extremely high. We are aiming to deliver best-in-class products within all areas, including checkout, shipping, tracking, returns and analytics. Also, with our joint expanded geographical scope we will be in a much better position to help you grow into new territories.​

What value will this merger create for the industry? ​

The combined company can, through its bigger scale, invest more than competitors in outstanding technology, people and processes. In that way we will be able to innovate more, pushing boundaries for the entire industry. ​

How will you be handling your different platforms?​

Deciding on how we best handle our different platforms is of course a top priority for us moving forward. Our aim is to utilize our common strengths by providing you with our joint carrier library and products. We’re ambitious, and we want to provide our customers easy access to all our platforms and features. However, we understand the technical challenges involved. This will be a very important project moving forwards, where we investigate which options are available to achieve the best results for both our existing and new customers.
