 The online shop Curvii sells clothes for curvy women, and the people behind want to give their customers shopping and service experiences beyond the usual.

A flexible system that eases the workflow at the warehouse
Curvii uses Consignor to handle shipments and support customer service on a daily basis, and the system eases several work processes in the warehouse.

IT and Marketing Manager Kent Medom says: “We have developed a solution that automatically transfers a file with address data to Consignor when an order has been approved to be sent. A few seconds later, a label is printed and ready to put on the parcel. There are never any problems with this process, and I have difficulty imagining how the process could be further optimized. ”

With the Consignor solution that Curvii has, their warehouse workers don’t need any technical expertise. They simply scan a barcode on the order slip, after which automated processes take care of the rest.

“We have declared a goal of giving our customers shopping experiences beyond the usual. In order for this to be successful, it requires a lot of resources for the customer service part. Strengthens the chances for success abroad
The vast majority of Curvii‘s customer group is in Denmark, but if the company wants to make its entry on the international market, it is a benefit to have Consignor on the team.

“Consignor also makes it much easier for us to handle bulk shipments abroad. Previously, we had a very long work process, expensive freight costs and no tracking on international shipments, but with Consignor as partner we have a much more streamlined process and tracking information on international shipments. Our customers are really happy that we are now able to tell them how long it takes to send a parcel to a particular country,” says Kent Medom.
