Customs clearance in Russia

* Every logistics operator importing parcels to Russia has to collect customers’ personal data for customs clearance according to local laws.
The Federal Customs Service Order number 1060 dated 5 July 2018 requires customers’ personal data for all imported shipments. If the customer does not provide their personal data, the parcel would not be able to proceed customs clearance and would be submitted for re-export or disposal.
